Ashes of the Silver Dragon

A scene from an educational children's story depicting a child examining the ashes of the Silver Dragon, set against a backdrop of a village. A 3D animated scene from the fairy tale "Ashes of the Silver Dragon," reflecting the themes of responsibility and honesty.

In a faraway land, there was a town called Silent Stones, not found on any maps . In this town, no one spoke loudly; for every word, like a falling stone, left a mark. People were careful about what they said.

Just outside the town lived a one-winged Silver Dragon . It wasn’t as strong as the other dragons. It couldn’t fly or breathe fire. But the dragon had a very strange characteristic:
its scales would turn black when it heard lies.

There was a boy named Arin who lived in the town . Arin spoke quickly and sometimes made promises without thinking. One day
he told his friends, “I can do anything, it won’t be difficult!”
But he couldn’t keep his word.

That night, the dragon’s scales turned completely black. When morning came, the dragon came to the middle of the town, lay down silently, and turned to ashes .

Everyone was terrified. But Arin heard a faint whisper amidst the ashes:
“A promise is like a stone. Once thrown, it cannot be taken back.”

Arin understood. She admitted her mistake, apologized, and began to keep her promises, however small. Others followed suit. No one made grand pronouncements; but everyone did their best.

Days later, the dragon’s ashes were not scattered by the wind. They mingled with the earth.
And for the first time in the town, flowers grew without speaking .

From that day on, the following rule remained in the town:
“A promise is not power; it is responsibility.”

The dragon didn’t come back.
Because it wasn’t needed anymore.
