Once upon a time, there was a land called the Land of Lights , surrounded by lush green valleys . In this land, a princess was born whose birth day caused all the flowers to bloom at the same time. They named her Lina . When Lina smiled, the birds sang joyfully, and if she cried, the sky immediately became cloudy.
Everyone in the kingdom was happy; but there was something nobody paid much attention to:
people had become impatient . They wanted everything immediately, forgetting the value of waiting.
When Lina was six years old, an old but wise woman came to the palace. She had a small clock in her hand. This clock was neither gold nor silver; it was made of time .
The wise woman said:
“If this child doesn’t learn patience as he grows up, one day he will fall into a deep sleep. But this sleep will not be a punishment, it will be a sleep of learning.”
Nobody understood what he meant.
Deep Sleep
Years passed, and Lina became a very kind but somewhat hasty princess. She would leave things unfinished and speak without listening. One day, she found an old chest on the top floor of the palace. Inside was a clock that resembled the wise woman’s watch.
The moment she turned the clock, her eyes grew heavy, and Lina fell into a deep sleep .
But this wasn’t an ordinary sleep…
Dream Garden
In her dream, Lina found herself in a place called the Dream Garden . Everything there was slow.
Trees grew slowly, and butterflies flew by slowly.
A turtle approached Lina:
“You won’t learn anything here if you rush,” he said.
Lina has learned to wait.
She watered a seed and watched it sprout for days.
She listened to a friend without interrupting.
When she made a mistake, she didn’t give up immediately.
With every right action, a flower blooms in the garden
Awakening
Lina woke up when the garden was completely full of flowers. When she opened her eyes, the palace was as it had been, but Lina had changed .
Now:
- He listens patiently.
- He is completing his work.
- He/She cared about other people’s feelings.
The kingdom took it as an example. People remembered the value of waiting, thinking, and learning.
